Fulum Group was established in 1992, originating from a small hot pot restaurant founded by three Mr. Yeungs in Tai Kok Tsui. Driven by a strong commitment to quality and keen market insight, the Group has grown steadily into one of Hong Kong's well-established and influential restaurant groups. It subsequently launched Chinese dining brands such as "Fulum" and "Sportful Garden Restaurant," laying a solid foundation for its development.

In 2014, the Group was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, marking a significant milestone in its growth. Following its listing, the Group actively diversified its business, expanding into Korean and lifestyle dining segments, and has since developed into one of the leading operators of Korean cuisine brands in Hong Kong.

In recent years, the Group has continued to strengthen its multi-brand strategy, expanding into premium and lifestyle dining segments. With a network of over 100 restaurants, it is progressively building a diversified dining ecosystem and advancing towards the next stage of growth.
