Fulum Group

A Hong Kong catering group that has been deeply involved in catering for more than 30 years, known from small hotpot restaurants to households

The history of Fulin Group began in 1992, when three Yang brothers - Mr. Yang Wei, Mr. Yang Runquan, and Mr. Yang Runji - founded a small hotpot restaurant in Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong, opening a new chapter in Chinese cuisine.  

Subsequently, two major Chinese brands, "Fulum" and "Tao Yuan Restaurant", were successively established. With a focus on popular Chinese cuisine and a specialized abalone restaurant that specializes in exquisite Cantonese cuisine, it quickly transformed into one of the leading Chinese catering groups in Hong Kong, highly favored by diners.  

Adhering to the business philosophy of youthfulness and innovation, the group boldly expanded into the mass market Korean barbecue business and established the well-known Korean barbecue brand "Jiaoba Korean Roast" in Hong Kong at that time, successfully capturing the pulse of the young market. In 2014, the group was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 1443), marking a new milestone in its business. This move not only injects capital vitality, but also accelerates brand diversification and consolidates market leadership.

Today, Fulum Group's core business focuses on catering operations from the mass market to the high-end market, a range of high-quality festive foods, and food court management. Through the continuous expansion of its diversified brands and the introduction of internationally renowned brands, it has built a huge network spanning across Hong Kong, mainland China, and Macau.
