Fulum Group

The journey of Fulum Groug began in 1992, when the three Yeung’s brothers – Mr. Yeung Wai, Mr. Yeung Yun Chuen, Mr. Yeung Yun Kei, found a small hot pot restaurant in Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong, marking the start of a new chapter in Chinese cuisine. 

 

Subsequently, the Group established two cornerstone Chinese restaurant brands – “Fulum” and “Sportful Garden Restaurant”, offering a mass-market Chinese catering and a specialty abalone restaurant showcasing exquisite Cantonese culinary craftsmanship. This enabled the Group to rapidly transform into a leading Chinese catering group in Hong Kong, earning widespread acclaim from diners.

 

Guided by a youthful and innovative business philosophy, the Group boldly ventured into Korean barbecue segment, founding "MeokBang Korean BBQ & Bar," which became one of the largest Korean barbecue brands in Hong Kong at the time. In 2014, the Group was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (stock code: 1443), marking a significant milestone in its business development. This listing not only injected capital vitality but also accelerated brand diversification and reinforced its market leadership.

 

Today, Fulum Group's core businesses focus on mass-market to high-end catering operations, a range of high-quality festive foods, and food court management. Through continuous expansion under its diverse brand portfolio and the introduction of internationally renowned brands, the Group has built an extensive network spanning Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Macau.
